Hi, I’m Sarah,

and I’m happy you’re here.

I am a psychotherapist, specializing in sex, relationships, and anxiety based in New York City.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs, all rooted in harm reduction, pleasure-centered principles, and radical self-acceptance.

I believe that embracing who you are—fully and without shame—is the foundation for more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. My work is trauma-informed, warm, and lighthearted, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can live a more embodied and connected life.

My interest in therapy and education began with my own lived experience and has grown stronger as I’ve witnessed their necessity in the world outside myself. I am most passionate about working with and destigmatizing identities and behaviors that are perceived to exist on societal margins and are most misunderstood and stigmatized.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples looking to explore sexual and gender identity, trauma, infidelity, and desire discrepancy, as well as working through some of the more day-to-day communication patterns and intimacy blocks that we can experience within relationships and ourselves. A large part of my practice is also dedicated to working with individuals navigating sexual and other compulsive behaviors, anxiety, and obsessiveness.
